Job Title: CRM/ Email Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
The CRM/ Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and analyzing email and SMS campaigns to drive customer engagement, sales, and brand awareness within the portfolio of Beautynova Americas brands, milk_shake®, DEPOT® and Medavita. They will manage subscriber databases in Klaviyo, create engaging content, and monitor campaign performance. Additionally, the role will establish a new branded customer loyalty strategy and will continually engage with and learn from customers through use of survey communications and social media comment moderation.
Responsibilities:
This role will be instrumental in managing Beautynova brands’ pro and consumer CRM channels through email, SMS, comment moderation and a newly launched customer loyalty program. The goal of the CRM/Email Marketing Manager will be to implement and optimize CRM systems to improve customer relationships, enhance team productivity, and drive business growth by leveraging data.

- Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to enhance engagement and drive sales, using Klaviyo to manage email campaigns and automate marketing communications.
- Oversee the creation of email content, including design, copywriting, and A/B testing to ensure high open and click-through rates.
- Develop and execute aligned SMS strategies.
- Integrate email/sms marketing with broader marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive communication strategy across all channels.
- Manage and optimize CRM processes to improve customer data analysis and segmentation, facilitating targeted and personalized marketing efforts.
- Monitor and report on the performance of email marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives, using analytics to drive improvements and innovation in our approach.
- Establish and grow customer loyalty programs to improve overall retention.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback via surveys and social media platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in email marketing and CRM technologies, applying best practices to continuously enhance our strategies and systems.
- Any other assignments, projects, duties or tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Professional working experience in email marketing and CRM
- Professional experience working with Kaviyo or similar CRM platform
- A portfolio of successful CRM campaigns, past experience launching a customer loyalty program is a plus
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text) and communication skills
- Email analytics tools knowledge
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Hybrid work environment with a combination of in-office and remote work.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
- Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
- Walking between different departments when in the office.
- Occasional travel for sales trips, educational flights, or collaboration with marketing teams at other locations.
- Adaptability to different working environments, including interactions with remote teams and account partners across various time zones.
